Neda Video, Kim Jong Il’s Nuclear pursuits & a Long Monday

I had a long Monday… but im glad to have had a Monday at all. My stresses today consisted of lack of productivity due to sitting in back to back meetings, focusing on eating a little bit healthier than i did this last weekend, making time to hit up the grocery store, getting in a run and maybe finding some time to hang out with my brother… all i could think about is how taxed i am still from the weekend let alone how i will make it thru the rest of the day.  Yup, i made it thru the day, i usually do.  I crawl in to bed next to the warm glow of my Macbook Pro for a bedtime story or two via my New York Times RSS feed, Facebook and Twitter and i came across this video…. now im thinking how amazing my Monday really has been and will continue to be for the next 9mins remaining. Seriously, does anyone know what is going on?? …and why is Kim Jong Il retarded? I see that he is scheming again. What is that guy up to?  I’d like to think that I am somewhat informed on what is going on in the world but i guess i want to understand it all.  I think i need to get a subscription to the newspaper or something, its ridiculous how easy it is to crawl into a bubble these days. Check out this New York Times video on Neda, the girl who was shot in the protests in Tehran. All right, that’s all….i think im going to turn off my alarm clock.  Good night.
