Okay, so have you seen “Date Movie”, “Scary Movie”, “Disaster Movie”, “Epic Movie” or any of the parody spoof “movie” films? Hold up….drrrrooooppping… “Spanish Movie” is on its way. Haha, i actually think these are pretty genius. Anyhow, i loved Pan’s Labyrinth so thats why this caught my eye.
“New York i love you” – I love “love”, and New York is a’ight… sounds like a good combo. Check it out.

One Week, Toronto Film Festival winner, chronicles the motorcycle trip of Ben Tyler as he rides from Toronto to Tofino, British Columbia. Ben stops at landmarks that are both iconic and idiosyncratic on his quest to find meaning in his life.
Thank you Sarah Stall for kidnapping me and making me watch this film. Super fun movie with some simple but well choreographed cinematography and i love Canada so it was fun to see the landscape that you don’t get to see very often. The pace was very similar to a surf film, the soundtrack was really (not quite a Garden State soundtrack but close) good, and aaaaawww who doesn’t love Pacey (joshua jackson). I like the idea of the narrator, it reminded me a lot of Jean-Pierre Jeunet (fav director), but this guy’s voice isn’t doing it for me… reminds me of Jigsaw from the SAW movies. Anyhow, if you’re seeking the meaning of life or just want to see the Canadian countryside, please see this beautiful movie.

we’ve managed to pull off some amazing feats… including but not limited to: starting from scratch and opening a new retail store in fremont (and when i say scratch, i mean this place started as nothing and we completed gutted and reworked it), redeveloping and relaunching a brand new e-commerce site, developing and integrating internal systems for our retail and online operations to coohabitate and manage inventory and beyond, hiring a couple dozen people, and throwing some amazing events that i’m sure you’ve all had a part in…. which leads us to last night’s Triple Threat 2.0 premier… THIS IS GOOD, if you choose not to read my boring babble, CONTINUE on to the PICS! ….
